Bag measurements and ticket details
Measurements, bag category, fare and route are processed in your browser. They are not sent to an airline. The site requests no passenger name, booking reference or payment. Closing the page does not automatically save your bag.
Sharing a result
A shared link includes the measurements and choices entered. Anyone receiving it can read those details. Opening the link sends its address to the hosting service, like any webpage visit. Do not include personal information in measurements or shared addresses.
Contact messages
Your message, subject, language and optional email address are stored privately by the hosting service to handle the request. The reference displayed after submission helps identify the message for a deletion request. No automatic email is sent. Do not send tickets, passports, booking references, payment information or anything unnecessary for your request.
Messages are neither published nor used to target advertisements. They may be deleted after handling. Automatic housekeeping deletes messages older than 90 days on the next site-status check or maintenance run. Without a status check or maintenance run, deletion occurs when housekeeping next runs. You can request earlier deletion.
The IP address is not added to the message. A temporary fingerprint derived from the IP and a private key is used only to limit abusive submissions. Rate-limit files older than 24 hours are deleted during housekeeping.
Browser preferences
The “My privacy choices” link in the footer shows the status of services. Advertising and statistics are currently disabled: you do not need to grant advertising permission to use the checker.
If you deliberately open the banner preview, preview choices may be stored locally in your browser with their date and text version. They are valid for no more than 180 days; expired choices are removed on your next site visit. This storage contains no visitor identifier or browsing history. Preview choices are not sent to Google, do not trigger advertisements and will not be reused as advertising consent during a future activation. The site remains usable if storage is unavailable.
Hosting and reference checks
Hostinger hosts the site and messages. Its technical logs may contain the IP address, page address and browser information, including for security purposes. A server request also checks reference dates and triggers housekeeping; it adds no audience counter or visitor identifier. Requests to airline websites to review sources are made separately, without your bag measurements.
The host may process information outside Québec. We do not claim that all data is anonymous or stored in Québec. Hostinger privacy policy.
Google and possible future advertising
A publisher identifier in the page and an ads.txt file prepare site verification; they do not load an advertising service. This edition has no active AdSense, Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager script.
If advertising is activated later, Google and its partners could process cookies, IP addresses, device and browser information, pages viewed and advertising interactions to serve and measure advertisements. With your authorization, advertising cookies can personalize ads based on visits to this site and other websites. Non-personalized ads may also use cookies.
Activation will require updated information and an appropriate consent mechanism, including the certified system applicable to European visitors. A visual preview is not a substitute for that system. Permission is never inferred from browsing.

Access, correction, withdrawal and complaints
You can request access to your information, correction or deletion, withdraw consent and exercise other applicable rights. Include the message reference if available, and provide only information needed to locate the request. Any identity verification will remain proportionate.
Send a request or complaint to the privacy contact. You can also consult the remedies provided by Québec’s Commission d’accès à l’information. Significant changes to purposes will be announced and affected authorizations reviewed.
